Forum rules

These rules apply to every thread, reply, and profile.

Be decent

• Disagree with ideas, not people. No insults, harassment, or hate speech.
• No threats, and no sharing anyone’s personal information (doxxing).
• No sexual content, and no graphic violence outside clearly labeled discussion of a game’s content.

Keep it legitimate

• No piracy. Don’t link to or ask for unauthorized copies of games, cracks, or key resellers of unknown standing. “Abandonware” isn’t a licence. Link to official stores, developers, or authorized distributors.
• No spam. If you made the game you’re recommending, say so.
• Tag spoilers. Say what the spoiler is about before you reveal it.

How moderation works

• You’ll be able to report any thread, reply, or profile. A moderator reviews every report.
• Moderators can remove content and warn, mute, or suspend accounts. They’ll tell you which rule was broken.
• You’ll be able to appeal any decision, and a different moderator will review the appeal.

These rules will be finalized before posting opens, and we’ll note any changes here.
