This privacy notice describes the principles of processing the personal data of the users of the software and services of GAMEHUNT by Realified OÜ (“GAMEHUNT”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The GAMEHUNT Software and Services includes, but is not limited to, our Windows PC module, Android module, Website, and any of our other software & service(s) as may apply.

This privacy notice does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or services that display or link to different privacy statements.

What personal data we collect

During your registration and use of GAMEHUNT, we collect account registration data, including name, e-mail address and country.
Information you provide to us if you contact our customer support may also be stored for validation and service quality purposes.
We also collect user behaviour data via event tracking solutions (including gaming sessions, configuration and parameters, device information, games played etc.) but such data is always anonymised and therefore does not constitute personal data.
We also use cookies and other similar technologies on our website in order to improve your user experience and our services.
For what purpose do we collect personal information

Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your personal data is our contractual obligation to process this data in order to provide GAMEHUNT and its related services.
We collect your data about your country upon registration under legitimate interests in order to provide you with better gaming experience and customer support.
We reserve the right to disclose personal data to comply with the law or law enforcement, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to protect our legal rights on the grounds of legitimate interests as reasonably necessary.
Recipients and transfer of personal data
Personal data may be transferred to third parties (for example, customer support service provider) if this is strictly necessary for the provision of GAMEHUNT and its related services.
If you choose to subscribe, we ask credit card or similar payment information from you. However, it’s important to note that we do not store any of this payment information or process any of your payments. We use payment service providers. Therefore, any information regarding your payment processing and security must be governed by the terms and privacy policies of the service providers.

If we share data with third-party services that support our delivery of GAMEHUNT, we require that they protect your personal information to the same standards we do.
If our processors locate outside of the EEA we ensure that such transfers are always covered with a necessary data protection mechanism (e.g. Privacy Shield or Standard Contractual Clauses).

Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data, including unauthorized or unlawful processing, and accidental loss, destruction or damage of personal data. Personal data is stored on servers located in the European Union.

User behaviour data is collected via third party event tracking solutions in anonymized form and is not personalized with the user or his/her account.

If a personal data breach occurs and such violation may pose a high risk to the privacy of the user, we inform the user and the relevant authorities of the breach.

Data retention
​
The personal data of the user shall be retained until the termination of the subscription plan and additionally for 12 months period. The data about payments will stored for 7 year due to the accounting requirements. Customer support communication will be deleted or anonymized after 12 months period.

In the event of a dispute, personal data will be retained until an agreement is reached or until the due date for the claim expires.

Data protection rights

Your rights concerning your personal data that we process include:
Right of access - you have the right to ask us access to your personal data.
Your right to rectification - you have the right to ask us to rectify data that is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete data that is incomplete.
Right to erasure - you have the right to ask us to erase your personal data, unless there is a need to retain certain data for a further period of time in accordance with applicable laws or this privacy policy.
Right to restriction of processing - you have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
Right to data portability - you have the right to ask that we transfer the personal data you gave us to another organisation or to you in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.

Direct marketing

We shall ask for your prior consent in order to send you marketing emails. If, after providing the consent, you no longer want to receive such emails, you may revoke your consent at any time by contacting support@gamehunt.gg or clicking “Unsubscribe” at the end of marketing e-mails. Even if you do not consent to marketing emails, we may still send you service-related emails which could include information about your account, updates and other technical matters.

Miscellaneous

Since the creation of GAMEHUNT account is allowed for children over the age of 13, we do not process the personal data of children under age 13.
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Notice. We will provide notification of the material changes to this Privacy Notice.
If you have a complaint or concern about how we use your personal data, please contact us at support@gamehunt.gg and we will attempt to resolve the issue as soon as possible. You also have a right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority at any time.
